I think we was talking about the weight, like Ronnie sunk.

I think Ronnie probably achieved .33%
Especially because he had Chad Nichols experimenting on him..

Those fats percentage are dermal tests.. As the fat u r talking about is near visceral organ which is not considered while calculating your fat percentage… Those fat pockets cant be reduced as those are for organs to fxn properly… Do ronnie got to. 33 %… I hace no doubt as he is shredded and has a lot of lean muscle… So it is possible considering his genetics.. May be there is some error… But the point is… Those test just calculate your dermal fat… Not your visceral.. May this answer your ques.. This guy dont need to lie.. He is legend 💪

I don't think anyone cares about if Jeff uses fake weights or not.

Reply
Dartomic Tech June 15, 2020 - 8:26 am

Maybe the fat on his skin was able to decrease easily, without decreasing the fat in his other organs as much.

I agree with Nick. No one that was Ronnie's body fat. Ronnie is so honest though, I'm sure that's what the test said. Just an inaccurate or malfunctioning test.

June 20th??? I thought it was the 27th. Did he move it up??

So……Ronnie loses the fat from his brains, resulting in statements like that haha

I have the exact weights shown in Jeff's videos and they aren't fake. I've had them over 12 years now.

I think Ronnie meant decimal/less than one when he said negative

Reply

The real question is, can Julius Maddoxx bench .33% of the world? Yes.

Reply
Alan Murray June 15, 2020 - 11:37 pm

Who cares if the weights are fake. He is not a competing lifter and is not contesting any lifting records so it does not matter. Why not use fake weights when all you are doing is demonstrating exercises. It would allow for multiple takes without wearing yourself down.

He can say whatever the fuck he wants hes Ronnie Coleman ffs. Respect your elders and their insanity.

The thing with Ronnie Colemans 3% off-season body fat is that although for a normal person all the essential fats that a person may need to live may equate to about 2-3% body fat, for Ronnie Coleman who weighs close to 400 pounds 3% for him would be a significantly larger weight than say someone who is 150 pounds so I think it is very likely those stats are true. although saying that i still don't believe the test saying he was 0.33% is accurate.

When people say 2% body fat, I'd imagine that's based on a guy half or lower the size of Ronnie Coleman when Ronnie was at his biggest. If his brain and organs stayed relatively the same size but his muscle bulk was so freaking huge in comparison, I don't see a problem dipping below the 2 or 3% body fat mark. And if he is on his lowest body fat day, maybe he could hit .3% but at that point he is probably hurting from it. Pretty well known body builders are not in their best state to function as a human when they are at their lowest body fat.

Keldin Barber June 16, 2020 - 4:12 pm

the ronnie coleman body fat could be possible for a day but he would have to eat constantly at that point so his brain functions dont stop so it could be possible for ronnie because he had so much mass to burn those calories back off but he would have felt like a walking zombie do i think its possible maybe so the human body is always a mystery but maybe just maybe he did it but the odds were not in his favor

Amazing how bitch this greg is. If you didn’t accept, act like a man and shut the fuck up.

Reply

Do you really think normal body functions are occurring inside this man???

Reply
Paul Lee June 16, 2020 - 8:44 pm

All body fat measurements are a formula, not an exact measurement of the fat itself, that’s not really possible without dissecting the persons body. The algorithms aren’t perfect so it is possible to come out with a silly low or negative number.

As much as I love Ronnie, he has made many contradicting statements over his recent interviews, often in the same conversation. He’s in pain and on medication, give him a break… But all being said, I completely agree that he probably didn’t get that low, but if there was anyone on the planet who could have, it would be Ronnie.

Nick, big fan of the channel, always enjoy it and your ability to deliver a story impartially. I've never commented before, but I did want to add in Ronnie's defense, he specifically referenced being tested for bodyfat percentage via hydrostatic means. This test has proven to be notoriously inaccurate amongst black athletes in general, because they are genetically predisposed to a greater bone density than other races. In some cases, as much as 10-15% greater density not to mention being coupled with years of notoriously heavy lifting that is also responsible for higher bone density. Charles Poliquin even mentioned once, having a black athlete who tested -3% via hydrostatic means.

So was the test flawed? Probably. Was Ronnie lying? Not necessarily. It will be interesting to see how some of the next generation SARMS impact this in years to come as some of them, in particular, have demonstrated the same.
