I came down my horse bareback too quickly yesterday. I had my hands above my head so when I fell I body slammed on my right side, nothing breaking my fall. I am grateful I've been working out 6 days a week for a year. I'm sore as heck but I'll be fine in a day or two. Lol I am going to try this tonight but ver slooooowly

Ouch my arms!! Loved this quick workout for my rest day between my 7 minute daily workouts I didn’t have ribbon/string so improvised with my dressing gown belt 😂
