I'm really interested in trying your workouts but I do have work related tendinitis in both of my elbows that has been previously aggravated by workouts with dumbbells. I'd really like to build some strength in my arms and shoulders though. Should not use the dumbbells at all or is there another way I can modify your workouts? Thanks 🙂
