Really needed this. Had surgery in September so I had to modify the skater move…otherwise I was able to complete it. Praise God…with Him, I can!!!!

I had a baby 8 weeks ago this is the first exercise I have attempted since becoming a mom of two. I only made it to 22 minutes before I was disturbed but it was a powerful 22 minutes. It feels like I haven't used my muscles in years.
