Here is a video for beginners who are interested in running. This video explains how to properly get started. From proper warm ups, to proper cool downs and why it’s important.
All of your runs should start with a warm-up and end with a cooldown. Why? the warm-up helps dilates your blood vessels, ensuring that your muscles are well supplied with oxygen. It also raises your muscles’ temperature for optimal flexibility and efficiency. A good warm-up also helps relieve stress on your heart when you start your run.
Just as critical, the cooldown keeps the blood flowing throughout the body. Stopping suddenly can cause light-headedness because your heart rate and blood pressure drop rapidly. Winding down slowly allows them to fall gradually.
It’s not a good idea to stretch cold muscles, so don’t start with stretching. Do about 5-10 minutes of light exercise(such as walking) to loosen up your muscles and warm you up for your run. Begin your run. Don’t start out racing, but instead jog slowly and gradually build up your speed. After you finish your run, cool down by walking or slowly jogging for 5 to 10 minutes.
Stretch fully after your cooldown. Your body should be warm and stretching should be easy.
Stretch your lower back, neck, calves, quadriceps, hamstrings and groin area. Hold each stretch for 15 to 30 seconds.

im 14, for me it is difficult. What should i eat. I'm 180 cm 65 kilos and an australian male. I want to get buff but not fat. I still want to be fit
Go to a vitamin shop and get monster mass, if its not there than order it online. Look up crossfit if you are really desiring to get stonger
Running warms up your muscles, stretching prevents your muscles from becoming tight
Would be better to show you warm up routine because you are saying to warm and cool for a total of 10-20 minutes and most people run for 10-20 minutes….maybe 30 if they are fit.Should make some running tutorial

My buddy used to be bullied. He said he was planning to get bigger. I laughed… Right up until inside of weeks he added 40lbs of full-strength lean muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible – look in Google. He doesn't get bullied these days. 🙂
I personally registered earlier this week. Not to mention this mans emails are fucking excellent…
"Now after your warm up you want to begin your warm up… SQUIRELL!!!"
