You promised you weren't gonna cry dana. We are always our worse critic… so have faith in the people around you and believe when they tell you that your are on point. Was kinda strange watching this video and seeing you cry especially since i didnt follow the olympia prep… you jus always seem so super human sometimes. UI have fans all around the world rooting for you and somewhat going through this with you so keep your head up and go on that. I am from Barbabos in the Caribbean and u inspired me DANA so dont lose focus. In the Words of Rob Bailey… "come on DA!!"… get it DA!!!!".

I love that they show the mental and emotional struggles that happen right before a contest. There is no way to explain why you feel this way(other than lack of carbs and fats messing a bit with your hormones), but it shows a bit of what a competitor goes through. At her level, i'd imagine it being way worse than amateur or intermediate prep. Keep it up, you are amazing.

Was sad to see you cry, but you were just in your head too much. You look fxcking awesome!! Your muscle are built nicely & you're ripped to shreds for this competition, as you needed to be. You were ready, you put your all into it and did an amazing job. You are a beautiful person inside and out. Most women as muscled as you, look like men. Now I'm not knocking them, to each their own. I am a competitive Bodybuilder myself, muscled and still look like a girl. You are a pretty girl, and your body & muscles are beautiful. Anybody who can't give credit to this girl, needs to move on.
