* Oblique Reach w/ Leg Lift – 16 each side
* Cat Crunch – 16 each side
* Forearm Plank Toe Taps – 16
* Forearm Plank Double Knee Taps – 12

I would have to say the best move looks like the side plank! Looks like it would benefit the most. Love your videos! I'm hoping to do this one when I get back from class!

Planks with toe taps are my favorite ab exercise and I always feel them the next day!

My favorite ab exercise is the boat pose. I love doing it while I watch TV 🙂 but out of these exercises the old fashion plank is my favorite! (Well, actually it's a love-hate relationship). My goal is to do this video and the bad blood squat video every night before bed!

I love this workout! It's short enough to do any time, but yet I still felt my abs burn! Love it! My favorite exercise is the plank knee taps. I like different variations of the plank. I also like plank shoulder taps and bicycles. I like using an exercise ball for various sit ups for abs as well! Thanks for sharing Katie!

HI Katie! I love your ab workouts! (Want to want me some abs is my favorite for the ultimate burn!) My favorite exercise on this video was the forearm toe taps. I am surprised how much I got out of that! I really want to win your Guiltless guide. Love these videos!

Plank is always my favorite and I try to include it in most of my workouts. It really gets your heart rate up quickly also! I also always like to add in the small pulses do each move because it's the best feeling after you get through them. All those tiny muscles are thanking me after!

Hi Katie! I love your videos especially those short ones that KILL you!💪💪 For abs I really like to do the russian twist and also planks. Some months ago I never thought that this move could train your abs! And they're also cool because they train other parts of the body too:) Keep up the good work!

Hi Katie!  I LOVE your workout videos! Those plank double knee taps are a killer!! Any exercise that targets my love handles are my fav! Your Love Handle & Thigh Workout is my absolutely fav! It kills me every time and my 'love handles' are screaming by the end EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Hi Katie! So I can't quite do everything in this workout 100% (yet), but from what I was able to do I liked the plank knee taps the best. Mostly because I surprised myself that I could do them so I'm feeling pretty accomplished! 💪🏼

agh! Loved it but a proper sweaty mess now as combined it with the hot body HIIT workout! Symbolic finishing off the 12 days of fits (albeit 2 days late!) 😀 That side crunch is a killer!

Strangely enough I find these exercises super tiring for my arms instead of abs, is there something I'm doing wrong or do I just really need to work on my arm strength? 😅
