This 32 minute workout uses one set of light dumbbells to strengthen, tone and stretch you entire body. Lengthen and lean out your muscles, while burning fat and calories both from a standing position and on the mat. Options for all fitness levels.

Amy, you are an excellent instructor. You have us watch before your next exercise movement. I cannot not always watch and do the exercise correctly. Although a longtime exercise enthusiast, I was side lined for several months. This is a perfect reboot. Many thanks. See you again on You Tube.
I love this workout Amy! Please do some more Pilates ones with weights! I can’t always jump around, and this keeps me fit despite that! I won’t be the only one, I’m sure!

Great workout thanks Amy but this seems more like low impact strength rather than Pilates. There was very little emphasis on breath and not many traditional Pilates moves. Why do you call it Pilates ?
I love your workouts. Would love to see what is the best modification for planks with a foot/toe injury. I go to my knees but sometimes it doesn't feel like I'm getting enough of a challenge with this modification.

would not do this workout again, too easy, too much talking, too slow. do the workout and explain for people that don't know but i hate waiting 30 seconds for you to start when i already know how to do the exercises
Moving to a smaller home where I won’t have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells bestgym.equipment – I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected.
