To give you shoulders a break, instead of always shadowing on the heavy bag try shadowing up to your shoulders in the pool, it builds endurance with NO impact. At age 25 and 147lbs. I could average 80 punches a min, for 4 – 2 min rounds. Helped me fight to a 10-2 record in the Armed Forces Boxing (USAF) back in 1985. Unfortunately the Air Force banned boxing by its members in 2016.

Great video . Just one comment Joe frazier didnt quit in that fight. He begged his coach to let him continue but the trainer said no because he feared for fraziers health. Ali on the other side was telling his trainer to take off his gloves he was done. But fraziers corner was the first to inform the referee it was over
