Loved this so pleased with my self I could do the plank on the ball my core keeps getting stronger but I do practice yoga every day loved this could you do a leg routine like this but not focusing on quads as that's the part of my legs i am not comfortable with and don't want them bigger if that makes sense

It took me around 10 minutes more just not to fall off the ball… Great workout, I find it way more entertaining than other workouts on YouTube 🙂

I didn't think I was going to need another shower today, yup I do. I was just looking and decided to try, it's not hard, but it certainly will drench you with sweat. Love it, the sweat seshes. Thank you
