I don't know if you have any control over how loud the videos are, but if there is anyway you can make the videos louder that would be great. The gym scenes are perfect. But the regular talking is really hard to hear while doing cardio.

Regardless of steroids, DLB is one of the hardest working BBers in the game and the results show. Everyone that isn't a scrub knows if you want to be at the top, steroids are required. But don't bash the integrity of her work because she uses steroids to reach another level not attainable by being a natty. Just my opinion though.

Very possible without any supplements. I almost like that ripped, just from working out non stop for bout 6-7 months. Three meals a day, snacks was peanut butter and fruit. Seriously.

watching this for the millionth time… its crazy how proud of you I am Rob & Dana for pushing so hard and for your accomplishments and being able to meet Dana for the first time in the Warehouse gym in reading was the best!!! I freaked out when I found out you guys were opening a gym in my city. You guys are and always will be the best 💪

I always breezed pass this video because she's in physique but now that I watch it I am just so impressed with how massive and powerful she is. Pretty amazing if this is physique. Anyway Instant subscriber. Love her!
