If you like powerlifting & bodybuilding interspersed with full days of eating, epic cheat days and epic cheat meal videos, then you’ve come to the right place!

In today’s video, amongst other things, I discuss the effect that genetics, steroids and hard work have on bodybuilding, muscle growth and strength. Controversial!

Why Is everyone saying that he's on roids? He looks like a mildly high level natty with good arm genetics. His physique is definitely obtainable for the average well trained man.

I agree, genetics does play a role in building up your body. However , genetics without training and proper nutrition will not get you the body you want.

When Arnold first started working out, he admired reg park. He didnt care or think about genetics, he worked his ass off to be the best anyway. Genetics is only part of it. He used the same motivation to successful in movies and politics where genetics doesnt matter as much.

i think its much better mindset than "i dont have good genetics so i wont ever get really big" That just causes people to get demotivated. Dont waste time thinking about genetics at all, if you have a goal, work your hardest even if the goal may be out of reach. At least then you will still get as close to that goal as you can.

Dude…bicep genetics. Where do you get this nonsense. Some theory based on your own experience. Your genetics aren't that amazing. You were reasonably athletic but basically looked like every other dorky teenager before you really started training and now you look ok. How do people spend ten years training and then get super gassed up about how 'gifted' they are. Your just bigging yourself up.

Don’t use rich piano as a example of typical steroid use as he isn’t, he used synthol plus other things we don’t even know of. The average steroid user can pass as natural, it looks very natural on some, like yourself, you are 100% using steroids and gymshark won’t allow you to discuss it or your scared of stigma from your family/wife/child, which I understand but you look pathetic saying you don’t and trying to convince people when it’s this blatantly obvious..
