Im 13, and ive been trying to loose my "love handles/ muffin tops" because i feel like i'd be more confident in myself. I never realized what the fat on the side of my hips was called until recently and now (at 11PM ) i finally feel like i'll be able to get rid of it. But i feel like i need a certain diet, i hate the thought of new foods but all the things in salads look and smell good. But do you need a diet for this to actually work?
I always love this workout. Katie…I don't know how people don't get sweaty doing this routine though. I ALWAYS do. Lol.
Does the woodchoper have to be done on your knees? My knees hurt. Can you do it standing up?

Im going to wisconsin with my skinny friend to a camp ground and I will feel sooo insurcure in my swim suit, so I reallly hope this helps!!!!!! (There is a artifical pond there thats why i need my swimsuit, and im a girl btw, so if my friend) EDIT: im leaving on sunday july 2nd)

So I have always had love handles since my first child and I have five and now I lost some weight but I really want to get I really want to transform my body and get rid of my muffin top and my love handles for I want to see the Melt Away and see my butt separate from my back and I want a flat abs I'm wondering if it's possible for me to have that ever
And just to let you know that I am a physically active person I'm very active person I haven't always follow the eating machine I am trying to lay out the sugar and the soda so serious discipline man
