Hi Amy!! Thank you for your variety, your care in teaching us to do these exercises in good form ie being conscious of the back!!!! (THANK YOU)!!! Just one thing, I feel powerful when i am doing the videos with you, you are sweet and conscientious and beautiful and obviously in glorious shape. I was wondering if inserting those positive powerful statements instead of 'know your'e getting tired' statements would be ok?…? ish….
