Actually did this workout yesterday, and noticed that it really worked my glutes/butt as well. I am pretty sore there surprisingly, but I love it. This is definitely a Glute/Butt workout also. I LOVE your workouts, Heather, and your kind, easy-going style. Keep them coming please, and thank you!
