Incorporated this in between arms and legs workouts today. Great to get the heart rate up for sure!
You look at beautiful Heather and you think "yeahhhh….I can do it"….after less than a minute, you're like " I wanna die NOW" ahahahaha, Thank you, you're an inspiration….I train every day with you and have to force myself to take one or two days off ( or I gonna cut my legs :-D). Ok, nice finnisher …. to get me totally out of breath. Had to modify those one leg burpees …. for jump up needed both legs 🙂
