This 28 minute workout uses the mini loop band to strengthen and sculpt your entire body during pregnancy . This workout is good for any trimester of pregnancy as long as you have doctor’s clearance to exercise, and is great in the postpartum period as well. Options for all fitness levels

Amy I absolutely love your prenatal workout videos! I had to stop all exercise for about three months at the beginning of my pregnancy and it was mentally challenging to get going again. Your videos have made a big difference. Your encouraging, warm, positive approach has helped me to get into the right headspace to keep coming back for more. I love the variety of different workouts and I always feel great afterwards. Thank you for making all these videos available. I don't think I would be feeling as strong and healthy as I do now without them.

Such a great workout. My first trimester I had all day sickness and couldn’t do much. Now that I’m 12 weeks it has finally calmed down so I have been eager to get my body moving again. Thank you for this workout, I loved it. Definitely will add this to my fitness playlist to use for the rest of my pregnancy.

Loved the breathing techniques, great reminder to practice that! And man, the burn in the glutes and hips when using the band was great! These are areas I tend to be weak in, so I'll be doing this often now.

Loved this workout and how it was a little different from the others using the band. The hardest part for me may have been getting the band on and off my legs! 🤦🏼♀️🤰🏼
