This 35 minute workout uses on kettlebell and one set of dumbbells to strengthen and sculpt your body, while getting your heart pumping for cardio. Alternate between kettlebell exercises and dumbbell exercises to challenge your entire body to blast fat and calories and tighten and tone.

Usually workout with a lot heavier kbell but I found this to be very challenging as a cardio workout with a far lighter load. Loved it and I’m happily sweating
