I use your workout at least 2x a week sometimes more. Sometimes less. I've lost 94lbs in 6 months. I've changed my food to a much better balanced diet. My life has changed for the better in every way. 😊

Good afternoon Lucy, just did full body 20 min workout ( 1 year old video). I’m a bit stiff today, and my hip is a bit painful, but still did it all ( not the burpees today!!). Thanks. Have a wonderful Wednesday afternoon. 😃

So I've started with this workout yesterday. Let's hope that I can make it this time
Day 1: Tried this workout for the first time and it was a little hard and felt like hours
Day 2: Tbh it felt easier this time and I enjoyed it and the sweat is great
Day 3: Was very tired but wasn't ready to give up so did it and felt good
Day 4: Did my workout and felt really good loved it
Day 5: Did it and today's sweat is woah so so good
Day 6: I thought I couldn't make it today because my dance practice has been started and I was really tired but as I said earlier, I wasn't going to give up so i did it and it was really very amazing
Couldn't do it on Day 7 and Day 8, was very occupied
Day 9: I did it and it was good and yes it was nice to do it after 2 days
Today I did the 9th Dec workout, bit uncoordinated lol but all DONE x
