oh this is great thanks Katie felt the burn with those pulses… finished it twice 40 sit ups in 1.5 min and 1.5 mile run… i am dead!

Hi Katie I love your workouts I have knee pain so I prefer exercise that doesn’t strain my knees. Thank you for making these videos. One thing I’ve noticed that my lower back gets sore when doing abs workout, should I use some kind of support for it? Please let me know. 👍🏽❤️❤️❤️

This is honestly my favourite about video! I like that it is on our back and dont have to move positions (I'm lazy lol) the entire time and that it doesnt include planks lol.
I'm doing this one almost daily and I can gradually do each exercise more thoroughly and "properly" as I get stronger!💪🏼
Anyone doing the Chloe Ting ab challenge? I have news! I've been primarily doing this video (with the odd cardio/ab type workout and some 10 min abs on lsf) for about 2 months and I made it though the entire Chole Ting video! Soo if you need motivation, here it is! 🙂
