Quick question regarding the swimmers… My lower back ends up receiving most of the burn. Is this normal?
@Lauren Mackie yes that is normal, you will feel the swimmers the most in your lower back 🙂
is there no # of reps? So I only do each move once for day one – first without, then with weights? I'm either stupid or confused or maybe both lol

Just found you, love your videos! Quick question: about a year ago I broke my arm and it is not strong enough to do any kind of exercises that requires a lot of pressure on my arms like planks etc. What do you suggest I do to modify the exercises but still get results? Thanks for your time!
