This is garbage. Your weight doesn't take in to account of how much lean muscle mass you have. I always measure obese around 32% but with calipers I'm measuring 17%. I always measured obese but my abs are very distinct.

this isnt accurate at all some people just have wide waists even at low body fat, same thing for neck. This will only be accurate for average people

I've been using the Accu-Measure calipers for a couple months. Last result with the common Jackson-Pollock 3-site density formula (easy to do on yourself) was 14.3%. This method gives 16%. Either way, it doesn't look like it in the mirror. I've been rocking the skinny fat look for years.
Finally changing, though (the reason I started measuring). I started the year around 21%. Despite the drop in bf%, I've stayed roughly the same weight (177lbs vs 182lbs). As soon as I finish out this challenge period in April, I'm going to shift into more of a lean bulk and focus on adding weight to the bar.

My biggest complaint with the Accu-Measure calipers is the scale. The inch scale is so large as to be worthless (1/8th in. precision). The mm scale is better at 2mm precision, but this results in jumps of more than 1% if all three measurements change enough to shift to the next tick mark. So I end up using half-scale readings ("it's between 20 and 22, so 21"), which isn't all that great.

I used it and got 18% at 78kg and 177cm. Before I tested I looked at examples and estimated it to ~15-20% so I'd say it's pretty accurate unless you have a THICC neck or ass

If you have bigger Abs then waist will be bigger so it also gives huge wrong estimation
