I bought a pack of mini bands so I could exercise during quarantine but struggled to find good workouts that didn't also need longer bands. This was a huge help and will be a go-to from now on!

It was great, I did it 4 times! I wish you had more band workouts or would offer band modifications in place of weights in your other workouts.
