I love the yoga stretching mix. I agree that your voice is so soothing and kind and the background morning jazz, birds chirping, outdoor cafe music sounds are uplifting and relaxing. Thank you so much- great stretches and good length of video just long enough and not overdone (we can always pause if we need to hold a few seconds longer). Your videos are gifts to my body and soul.
