This past weekend we held our first WHG camp of 2015. If you have yet to attend a WHG camp, this video will give you a general idea of what takes place. As the Arnold draws closer, Dana’s training gets more and more intense and even tho we held camp this day, the workout did not suffer.

@DanaLinnBailey when you posted this video I was barely hitting 90s…..recently I've repped 10 for 90..95 6-8 and recently PRD with 100lbs dumbells exactly 4 reps…seeing this video motivated me to take risks on weight and started getting stronger and making gains! Thanks DLB
