Some of these exercises are a bit deceiving… 5 lbs. seems like boulders.

I couldn't even do 5 lbs had to switch to 3 lbs and even that killed me. I did the 30 minute HIIT workout earlier, so maybe I am worn out from that!

Great work out! I use to be able to do the push-ups. Is there another workout I can use to build the muscle to get back to doing 50 pushups a day?

I did this one as an add on after a 30 min arm workout … (I can't do any lower exercises at the moment due to bruised coccyx) … to be honest this 8 minute no stop workout was much more challenging than the 30 min with rests! ….

OMG! This was a killer. I admire how strong your arms are! 🥰I can't do a single pushup.Imagine what you'd do, if you didnt feel weak,as you said in the intro 😀

started with this arm work out, thinking 8 minutes. but UMMM didn't know it would be burning nonstop. Thank you Heather. I will do your squat challenge and then a 30 minute walk.

I want to ask something, my height is 1.72 kilos 64. I want my arm to be thinner and firmer. I've been working with 2 kg dumbbells for 1 month, no change. Should I switch to 3 kilos now or continue with 2 kilos of dumbbells for 2-3 months, how should I eat please reply I need your help
