It was when you had to rush off somewhere so had to go 'selfie mode'. So many things I wanted to say, with no time. You're both huge inspirations for me, your hard work shows, and pays. DLB is a refreshing fitspo for the females in the fitness world and represents the word strong. I hope you had a fab weekend, love following you all.

My sister is in for a surprise when she finds the book signed by you to her on her desk. Thank you for that. I only wish i had said more at the time. You guys are spectacular people and I am gifted to have had the chance to talk to you. I will not miss Bodypower next year and I hope that next year we can talk more. In the mean time I will continue to be inspired by your actions. See you next year Dana, Rob and i can't forget Austin the little side kick. Joking Austin, your awesome too.
