great workout for a upper body pump with very light or no dumbells! i like how you make viewers like me think about coordinating different movements with each arm simultaneously (left arm chest press, right arm shoulder press) with leg movement too. i've noticed that i actually work up a better sweat when doing these movements because of the increased concentration! u r da best j to the s!

I just have freakishly big shoulders and arms like when I do pull ups and push ups my shoulders are pure shoulder no fat.
