I have done this almost every day, twice a day for a week now. first day i was absolutely struggling to do any of them, and today i was able to do it back to back (30 mins straight) without a break without feeling too terrible. Good progress, good video!

thank you for this! Ive been eating healthy and in pretty good shape but haven't worked out in over 6 months so i am looking to get that tone and muscle back. This was a great start and something I feel I will actually be able to do every day, maybe even twice a day! definitely feel the burn but its not too difficult. Love this one.

Wow. I did the whole thing and survived. I was afraid that I would not be able to do a couple of those moves but surprised myself at 63 years old! Will be doing this workout more often! Thanks for sharing.
