Lucy dearest I’m enjoying your many 7 minute 7 day workouts. I have good news..for one week I have faithfully did the 7 day program 7 mins daily and just measured myself again. I have lost half inch from my waist and 5 pounds. The hips will be a challenge I suppose but no worries. It has helped me walk more secure because my arthritis and over weight issues have slowed me down greatly. I’m walking faster according to my friends and I feel FORTIFIED..if you will. Thanks and I plan to add a second 7 min program every two weeks. I’ll probably change up and alternate the different programs you offer. Who would have thought that 7 mins walking exercise would work for me. Thanks

looks like fun….. but the to honest the split screen of different workouts is kind of distracting, I really wish you just make 2 videos…one of the beginner way and one of the advanced way of doing it..,

I completed day 2 yesterday I was very tired but then I told myself just 7 minutes come on I completed both workouts ☺

I do this for 15 days.. (having 1 or 2 days break in between ) but this workout show magical results I lose 4 kg.. nd 2 inches from waist ..going to do for another 15 days..! Thnx Lucy..I tried many workouts but never get good results..u r blessing to me. God bless u dr ! I m doing another 7 day workouts too..nd off course healthy eating..I am not on diet but avoiding junks and sugar.
