Bonac is the man – No idea where all these people are getting this idea that he has "no flow", he IS flow! Sure he doesn't have the tiny waist that some of these other guys have, but he's as complete as they come, not lacking anywhere, comes conditioned more consistently than almost any top pro out there, and is fantastic at posing. If you're readin the comments Bonac, you have at least 1 fan here lmao.
The sideways hat is such a weird immature thing in my opinion. I wonder why he tries to do the teenager look.

I think Roelly is taking a better approach this year for his prep, in 2019 he was much fuller in that picture posted here than 2020. We all know Roelly never has a problem with size, I think he is showing more vascularity for 2020 is important for him. I think this will take him further in his career, in particular if he competes at the 2020 Olympia! As far a the " Big RAM" he is looking good, sure looks like he is prepping for a recent show, I think he will qualify for the 2020 Olympia. I think we will see a monster shredded in full tilt.
Am I the only one who doesn’t actually understand how Bonac wins? I understand he’s huge but his proportions just seem so off as well as his blocky midsection it’s just not pleasing to look at. Am I missing something?

Roelly got a surgery in his shoulders when he was here at abu dhabi. Wasn't able to train his upper body for 2 months
The pictures are hard to compare. Light vs dark background. But his chest looks better in 2020.
It looks like Roelly is 30lbs lighter. Its funny cause it doesnt really matter. If he comes in more conditioned hell probably still place better than usual

Roelly's midsection looks so much better this year compared to that 2019 photo, which in turn actually gives his chest a much better shape. His arms will always be huge no matter what he does. Digging this new version of Roelly!
Who cares! Hopefully this means hes not trying the play the MASS GAME [which he clearly has the mass] and is focusing on coming in DICED and with better symmetry! Photos mean nothing it's how u look next to everyone else that matters

Rolley does look smaller however I think he looks better now. He didn't do so well bigger. Maybe he'll do better smaller.

I just hope that Ramy doesnt over carbload and pump before stage. Thats the reason he wasnt at his best in Arnold Classic. In prejudging he was way too full. Night show he was way better but not perfect.

The downsized version of Roelly looks better imo. If he comes in shredded he could be dangerous. But then again, all these dudes look better in the pictures than they look on stage lately.
A photo , specially taken through a mirror doesn't show the true physique..too much speculation…wait and see at the Mr Olympia…on stage with the others…

Bonac comes in top 5. He is just to small in the isometricness. And RAMY WINS AND SHUTS DOWN THE HATERS. HE IS IN THE BEST SHAPE.
The 2019 photo has a better angle + closer to the camera, and he’s leaner, I don’t think he is much smaller in 2020.
Roelly needs to work on his lazy mandatory posing. He just over flexes on his poses on FLS and RLS, making his lats narrow. Then he has that weak side tricep pose when he has one of the best side tricep.

Roelly looks better in 2020 pic. He looked too rolly in 2019. He looks chiseled and tapered in 2020. Much better look for him.

I think Roelly is not really downsizing but trying to better his proportions. After all, its not a competition of biggest muscles but of how well everything looks together. Im sure he is following the critique he got and trying to sculpt himself after that. it will be interessting to see how he turns out! 🙂
William is like a really weak kai greene at the start of his career, I hate Kai but I respect his physique. You have to think he's at a level current bodybuilders aren't at. if he was at 12/13 level ow he'd be raking in Olympia's. (I'm a big Phil fan btw, don't think he was ever good enough to beat phil)

Seem Roelly eats less steroid than last year. Maybe bodybuilders should do same doping tests as another sports.
Some of it's lighting and angle. There is a difference regardless in size, however. I believe that despite perhaps being more shredded in 19, he is looking harder in the 2020 photo. He also looks like he's got somewhat of a pump in 19 photo as well, comparatively speaking. The additional size in 19 is water. c'mon man. Hmmm
