I did a rack pull with 675 like a month ago. It hurt and I was seeing stars picking it up. I couldn’t imagine deadlifting it fully; he benched it for 3 reps and they didn’t even look that hard for him. How do I achieve this mastery?

I don’t think Patrick sucking down to classic is too far fetched. Regan Grimes who is just as big, if not bigger muscle-wise dropped down to classic physique a couple yrs ago and won- NY Pro I believe. But I see his point, being way over the weight limit- why would you go backwards when you can improve and get bigger.
I think realistically Patrick has to weigh a good 250-260 on stage
