Hi, I'm 4yrs postpartum and have a little c-section pooch,11/2 finger diastis,and a pencil size hernia. I have struggled to find the correct exercises to loose the weight and get my abs strengthened. Can you please help? I'm tired of feeling defeated and like theres no hope.
