My second workout with you! Excellent. I'm continuing to feel motivated. The length of time is perfect for my schedule and home life. If I tried to devote to longer videos I would feel defeated every time I couldn't complete them because they were too long. Appreciate you.

I felt my glutes and quads working really hard with each of the exercises! I especially liked the curtsey tap backs, whoa doggies! Awesome workout! 👍😁
Liked the video until yoga was brought into it. As a God loving Christian, I refuse to dishonor God by putting my body into worship poses of Hinduism. He is a jealous God and I will not pretend He doesn’t matter. He died for us all on the Cross so that we would sin no more and be one with Him now, and in Heaven.
