I am drenched. I did a repeat and the second time changed the burpie to squats and the jump to pulse sumo.. 24 fabulous minutes. going for the ABS 5 min on the calendar now. Thank you so much Heather.. your a Gem!

Hi Heather! Firstly, thanks a ton for this amazing workout…hated every second of it but felt amazing after completing it lol! Any idea how many calories I might burn with this one?
I love this finisher. I do it after one of her cardio workouts and it’s amazing. What an awesome workout. I love love tabata. Thanks Heather. I also did her Killer cardio that she dropped a few days ago. Awesome HR 167 BPM 171 Calories combined almost 400 and its total and legit 32 min workout. Her new cardio notes for me. 2 circuits 10 I think 🤔 moves done twice then on to the next circuit. I love these circuits. So much fun and it goes by super fast. I’m completely drenched. 💕🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥵😥😰 Member since March 2020 going on a year and I’ve worked out w Heather 6 days a week with maybe losing a day here or there but faithful for 5 days straight and always did a double workout whenever I missed one. So technically haven’t missed a workout ! I love the way my body is shaping and of course I do a healthy lifestyle when it comes to eating clean. I do take most of her supplements that she’s put on here.

Great finisher to a strength workout. Active cal around 100. Time flew by I really like this format repeating 6 exercises 4 times.
I can’t wait to try this one. The broad jump will probably do me in. 😁
