Hi! I've just started working out with your videos and let me just say thank you for introducing the cool down for shoulder workout. I have a problem with my subluxating right shoulder but doing it on the floor secured it.

I have 3 slipped discs at age 51 so I cannot stress my neck and back consequently, no running, no jumping etc. However, your videos have helped me gain strength and mobility and made me realize, I might be not as active as I was but I can still move a lot of muscles I never used before. Thank you both!

Thank You so much for making these videos available. I am trying to lose another 65 lbs. Get in shape for my son and husband. I am working out to your workouts at least 3 days a week. Or doing some other type of exercising. I am loving how supportive you all are. My son and husband have noticed the difference since I started working out with your videos. Type 2 Diabetes also runs in my family. I am trying to show my son that we don't quit. We keep on doing it. Even if I am only strong enough to use 2 lbs weights at times!! AGAIN THANK YOU!!!!

It’s good but people need to know how many reps / seconds we should do!!!! It would give more motivation rather then Doing exercise not knowing how much to push

Everyone in my family gained weight as they aged…. I never had a problem keeping my weight down, til I hit 52. I gained 10 pounds which is okay, but I refuse to "let myself go" and gain more!!!!! Never want to let them say i told you so!

My torn ACL a few years ago slowed me down temporarily, but I refuse to let it stop me. Moving slowly is better than not moving at all! Thanks for challenging, creative, purposeful workouts! I've been working out regularly with you two since the UK went into lockdown back in March. I've not returned to my gym which opened back in July. I love your sessions, they are well planned out, especially including warm ups and cool downs. I just stumbled across this channel. Love the enjoy you all have and you both compliment each other so well. After baby number 5 and hitting my late 30's I just haven't had the energy to lose the weight. My why is I want to look and feel great! I know this workout is 3 years old but it's new to me….. I'm 62-1/2 years old with 2 aching knees and a bad back. I'm working out and helping to build the muscles up and gain strength around my aches and pains and I believe this is really working! Thanks to the both of you for the good training!
