Some of us can't put any pressure on the knee or jump. Did some substitution. Breaking a sweat is great!

I have been using this workout occasionally the last couple of months.
This is the first time it felt pretty easy, maybe because I did Heather's most recent leg workouts with much havier weights.
I like the courtsy lunge with a kick here. Will still do it.
