okay I workout regularly like none stop high intensity workout for at least 30 minutes a day. I can't believe how much this 5 minute workouts do for me 3rd one in a row and I'm loving it!!!

Is part of your lower back supposed to touch the ground when doing the jack knifes I don't feel like couldn't do them
