This was the best workout I've had since COVID shut down my gym 2.5 months ago! Thank you so much!

Hi Amy, is it okay to do kettlebell workouts every day or should I allow a day of rest between workouts?

Hi Amy! I've been following your workouts for several years now and I LOVE them! I absolutely adore the variety. I try something new everyday so I don't get bored or lazy, and I still come back for more. I appreciate all of your motivation and that you give us props for even showing up, and not necessarily going as hard as we can for whatever reason that day. I just finished the 36 Minute kettlebell total body circuit workout and just have a suggestion for you when describing the side lunges and halos. You said when going right, halo left and vica versa. I kept getting confused, especially during the third circuit when I was exhausted so I started telling myself to go back to the center. It helped me and I thought it may help other viewers. Thanks again for these wonderful workouts! Keep them coming! =)

Guys! Look out! It’s a trick!

You are probably expecting one of Amy’s “firm but fair” workouts, but this one is a real glute and lung buster. Prepare for SERIOUS BURN!

This was a love/hate workout. Maybe next time start with 50 seconds and work down to 40? That would make it seem easier 😂

This one is awesome. Don't underestimate how hard you can work and how much you can get done in just over 20 mins. SWEAT CITY!

I've done this workout several times and it is definitely one of my favorites. I feel tired today but I kept pushing myself and took longer breaks if I needed. I'm glad I showed up! I kept telling myself on the next set I will just do arms if I'm too tired but then the next set would come and I would do legs anyway!!! Thank you for motivating me to get stronger!

I love no repeat for cardio workouts, but I must say I do love repeated sets for strength. Helps get a true burn out of the muscles and allows you to try heavier each set. 😁💪🏻

I'm was so thrilled to see this workout on the November calendar! It is one of my all time favorites! Before I started following your calendar I used to do it all the time! Definitely a leg burner! 🦵 I love leg burners especially with a kettlebell. 💜

I just went back to this one. LOVED it. That last ten minutes kicked my ass. It was so good. I definitely did it a long time ago, but I didn't remember dripping in sweat. Trying to really bust a move this week before Christmas. Thank you as always!!!!
