Guys, nearly all the best info we currently have comes from bodybuilding and people pushing to the extremes. I was natural for about half my Lifting career at that point I ran a 4.5 forty, benched 225 for 40 reps, benched 500 on a floor press. Benched 405 in high school. Deadlifted 633 at 198….and I was lean at about 220 pounds. I know what it is like to be natty. The only difference between natty mark and me now is I'm heavier now. Quite a bit heavier, almost 30 pounds more! But even without this extra muscle and "shot in the arm" I was still able to kick ass.
If Omar Isuf jumped on some stuff he'd look better in every single way….but only if he practiced what he already practices as a natural athlete.. He'd still hit plateaus, he'd still have a hard time being big and lean at the same time. He'd still have Diet hard to lose bodyfat. And he'd still have to lift like a mad man To make consistent progress!

So Mark finally did the thing he claimed held him back. Roids. What a sell out.
I love Mark bell. But because I will never take steroids, his method and his knowledge are useless to me and all those who work out without steroids. The reason the current bodybuilding knowledge does not work for many is that most of it comes from bodybuilders who take steroids. I will never be like those bodybuilders, asides from the genetics. Their methods and diet don't work for non-steroid users. That's the reason why I like Omarlsuf, Alan Thrall, and, most of all, Mark Rip. It's about time for the natties to create new community and stick together because people now know BS bodybuilding community is promoting. (I am not against steroids. If it makes you to train better and feel good about yourself, go for it. I am just saying I am not going to use it and would not listen to the advice and success stories of steroid users because their method and diet don't work for me)

What sort of distances and reps did you do on those carries?
It doesn't really matter what the fuck you do with a good course of roids
cardio….walk 10 min a day…. brother please I walk my dog 30 min a day and I don't even break a sweat, you wanna loose weight fast you lift you wanna get shredded you need to start running at least twice a week, goodluck
Would love to see Mark Bell get off drugs for a year or so and then talk to me about fat loss and getting lean while maintaining muscle mass. He was natty for half his lifting career while hitting nice numbers so why not go back to being natty? What is he afraid of?

Mark is such a great face for fitness. As impressive as his career has been he is so humble and positive plus his honesty about gear is great.
Great stuff Mark and Omar. 46 and love watching your videos. Mark do you still train a bit like a powerlifter now? It seems you mix it.
No disrespect to Mark as he's an amazing athlete but it's not rocket science how he's done it is it? Different drugs, different training regime and less calories.
Mark and Mike O'Tren must be taking the same thing.
