Just finished this workout today.
It's only for seven minutes but very very effective. Will be doing it everyday. Also I do your 10min arm cardio daily.

If I did these short workouts 2-3x a day will it still be as effective as one long workout? I ask because of time issues and I’m just starting to workout again and right now can’t do a full 20-30 minute workout at once…..but am working on it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated…thank you! 😁👍

I really enjoy your short workouts. Gives me such a variety to work with. Also, having the two options for intensity to choose from is a real plus. Especially on days when my energy is running low but I still want to work out.
