Here i am this is what quarantine led me to so here's my schedule:
Day 1: I felt really lightheaded at 16:23 and decided to take a break… After my break i felt dizzy and went to take a nap: failed
Day 2: I started this comment to remind myself never yo give up but at 22:11 i couldn't go on any longer: failed
Day 3: finally finished it 👌i even did an extra ab workout. Success

I've been doing your beginner low intensity exercises for a few months and thought I'd give this a go today to give myself a challenge. It was tough but I'm glad to say I feel like I'm getting stronger. Thank you both! Your friendly and supportive manner really gets me through these workouts!
Love HASFit, but only issue is that thess are 20 minute workouts plus warm up and cool down… would be better to state that in the titles
