I compared them both and homebodybuilders.com/bands is literally 10 times more effective, versatile and even cheaper.

Is it for belly fat
I enjoy all these resistance band work outs but find that the app does not make a very consistant connection . Very frustrating to get a screen freeze and the circle of doom in the middle of a workout. I never know when it will happen. Anyone else experiencing this?

When your doing the one where you’re pulling the band apart, is it supposed to hurt up in your trapezoid muscles at the top, or am I doing it wrong?

I love the work outs but really wish there would be less talk out of him with the whole “Hasfit Tribe….what brought you here today”…..that’s what makes you so special” dribble. Talk about the exercise talk about the reps and leave it at that, too much talk puts you off a workout. His wife has the perfect exercise talk balance.

Tip for bands ! When doing moves like pull aparts where your hands are on the band itself, wrap it once around your hand so it doesbt slip from sweaty hands
