Hey Heather- I love the shorter HIIT workouts- 20 minutes or less! Sometimes that's all the time and energy I can muster up after a full day of work! I'd be interested, too, in any videos relating to nutrition and how you, as a fitness professional, eat on a daily basis. Meal prep, healthy recipes, etc.. I really enjoy your channel- thank you for all the hard work you put into it!

Heather, I would love to see more of a longer workout from you although the shorter ones are lovely too….cardio core and arms? Too many booty and leg workout out here, I guess I am missing a lot of upper body, core and cardio hiit workout. Thanks.

I'm excited to try some of your workouts. I love high-intensity, high-impact workouts. However, I need to go easier on my body at least a couple of days a week and have a hard time finding low-impact, non-HIIT cardio workouts to do on those days. From 30 – 50 minutes would suit me fine. Do you have anything that fits the bill? Could you post some workouts like this? Thanks!

New subbie! Of all of the many many many workouts I have tried on the many many channels I've watched over the years, I can honestly say yours are top tier! Ive shared your channel with my trainer and friends and have crafted some seriously awesome high intensity workouts thanks to your channel! And not just high intensity. As someone who keeps it high intensity and heavy strength training nearly 100% of the time, when I injured my back, that was not happening. With the low intensity workouts and the stretching I was able to work up a sweat while healing. So many thanks to you and I'm so glad I found your channel. I love the longer workouts, 30-40 minutes with heavier weights paired with high intensity moves that keep the heart rate up. Love those and many thanks to you!
