If Patrick Moore could get a little more size and keep his midsection, it's a wrap. Dude is so underrated.

No calves

I had Jon in first, more balanced physique, sharper and proportionate. Rodriguez synthol shoulders detract from his physique. Iain has strange washed out abdominals in this show?

Nick is exactly right. Max Charles was horribly overlooked. Ian V. is obviously a big guy. I hope he will work hard to improve his calves and chest/abs area. Congrats to him on the win though!

Just pointing one thing out here. All the other guys were dispropotioned in one area or another. Chest a little bigger than everything else. Arms a little bigger on the front than the back. Shoulders much bigger than other areas…etc. Ian was big everywhere. I mean not bigger than the other guys. But the same size everywhere. Even in the areas that are hard to get big in. Excluding the calves of course. That is all I can say that may have happened. In less it just looks much different on camera. And if sitting right up under the stage that close Ian just looked so much bigger than everybody else.

No calves, chest and soft from the waist down, hams barely visible. I thought BB was about what you don’t have but apparently it’s not. Sad state this sport is in, I wouldn’t have put the winner in the top 4!

Coming back to this after Iain’s back to back wins in 2021. God he came a long way in a year.
