This is an exceptional ab workout. I did it thinking it was too easy, it was too much of a breeze, I'm supposed to feel like I'm dying when I do ab work, no? But then the next day DID I EVER FEEL IT. OMG. I worked muscles I didn't know I had. Just did it again today. Excited to feel it tomorrow 🙂 Do you think it's fine to do a few rounds of it?

I absolutely love yoga inspired workouts!!!! And this workout is perfect the day after an intense leg workout! My legs were sore beforehand and felt amazing as I stretched them during these moves!!! Thank you!

thank you so very much. as someone with back issues, my doctor said I shouldn't do crunches because it would only severe the injuries. this workout is something I can do too and I'm so grateful I can finally do something for my body without hurting it further! 😄

Working on this for part one of the January slim down challenge and I just had to stop say WOW. I have done this two times through right now and I'm already dripping in sweat. My stomach and leg are killing me already LOL. Thanks for the great videos. Now ima get back to finishing the challenge. xoxo

This is the first video that doesn't cause my arthritis shoulder pain. The only thing that I didn't feel for my stomach is the lower middle. Is there another video for that.

I love how you jump out of excitement at the end, it's cute lol This is actually the only exercise (I've watched all of your videos I think) so far that was easy enough to do all 4 rounds and I used weights 😊 I'm very proud of myself lol
