This is an exceptional ab workout. I did it thinking it was too easy, it was too much of a breeze, I'm supposed to feel like I'm dying when I do ab work, no? But then the next day DID I EVER FEEL IT. OMG. I worked muscles I didn't know I had. Just did it again today. Excited to feel it tomorrow 🙂 Do you think it's fine to do a few rounds of it?
I absolutely love yoga inspired workouts!!!! And this workout is perfect the day after an intense leg workout! My legs were sore beforehand and felt amazing as I stretched them during these moves!!! Thank you!

thank you so very much. as someone with back issues, my doctor said I shouldn't do crunches because it would only severe the injuries. this workout is something I can do too and I'm so grateful I can finally do something for my body without hurting it further! 😄

Working on this for part one of the January slim down challenge and I just had to stop say WOW. I have done this two times through right now and I'm already dripping in sweat. This is the first video that doesn't cause my arthritis shoulder pain. The only thing that I didn't feel for my stomach is the lower middle. Is there another video for that.
I love how you jump out of excitement at the end, it's cute lol This is actually the only exercise (I've watched all of your videos I think) so far that was easy enough to do all 4 rounds and I used weights 😊 I'm very proud of myself lol
