This was awesome. Had intention of doing it earlier. Technology said no, so spent most of the day fixing it. Thought by 4pm I should be able to do some exercise. Finally it happened. Choose this workout. Well worth the wait. Learning coping skills from you when you are on live and technology decides to hitch.
