Well, another awesome video. Very creative Lucy, you are always thinking of new routines to keep us motivated. Another favourite for me. Lucy, this workout series gave me an idea to help me with boosting my body love (with Lucy). Hearing everything you’ve taught us in our videos, I took scraps of paper and wrote notes to myself as flashcards to put out as my focus during a workout. Believe, because Yes I can! ❤️❤️
