Lucy, this workout series gave me an idea to help me with boosting my body love (with Lucy). Hearing everything you’ve taught us in our videos, I took scraps of paper and wrote notes to myself as flashcards to put out as my focus during a workout. Believe, because Yes I can! ❤️❤️
