What a fun workout, love your pacing and style, Amy! Great full body routine but not crazy hard.
I love Amy's videos because she never does any negative body talk, it's all about strength, and when she said that there were a lot of other factors for health and that her nutrition plan was evidence-based I actually punched the air in celebration. It's tough enough to try to be healthy without all these trainers and pinterest diets telling you to hate yourself. Anyway, thank you!

I loved the format of combining the first two moves into the 3rd move. It felt like a no repeat workout that I enjoy..Was a great full body exercise, I did incorporate the modifications as suggested.
