Perfect low impact workout after taking a 3 month break to have cataract surgery in both eyes. Doing the low impact is best for me right now as I'm still healing. I also was able to keep my wieight down using your 7 minute body plan. Delicious recipies, wonderful workouts! Thank you so much Lucy!
